If you want to be a part of the OS Night Parade, you must register your krewe.
Mail or hand-deliver the completed form, payment (check or cash), along with a copy of the driver's Driver's License and proof of Insurance to the address on the form.
THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED WITH PAYMENT, PROOF OF INSURANCE & AND LICENSE BY WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 24TH AT 5PM.
